Client was arrested and charged with Sale of Cocaine a Second Degree Felony. Allegations were that client sold drugs to an undercover officer in a bar. After a three day jury trial client was found Not Guilty of all charges,  (2024)

Defendant charged with Driving Under the Influence. After a one day jury trial, the Defendant was found not guilty of all charges.

Charge: Sale of Fentanyl within 1000 ft of a Church (18CF009739) (Palm Beach County)

Defendant charged with of Sale of Fentanyl within 1000 ft of a Church a charge in Florida that requires a mandatory prison sentence. Defendant proceeded to trial and was found Not Guilty of all charges and was released.

Result: Not Guilty.

Charge: Trafficking in Heroin, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell (18CF011773) (Palm Beach)

Defendant charged in drug case with mandatory prison sentence. A motion to suppress was filed by and argued by Counsel. The Court granted the Defendant’s Motion to Suppress and all charges were dropped.

Charge: Burglary of a Dwelling, Indecent Exposure (2019CF003880) (Palm Beach County)

Defendant charged with a felony qualifying for sentencing enhancements and requiring a 15-year prison sentence. After a four-day trial, Defendant was found not guilty of all felonies and found guilty of one misdemeanor Trespass count. Defendant was released immediately after trial.

Charge: Sale of Marijuana (2019CF001616) (Palm Beach County)

Defendant charged with felony sale of Marijuana to an alleged undercover police officer. The charge was dropped right before trial was set to begin.
